Curriculum and Quality Manager

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to oversee curriculum, teaching, learning, and quality across our 14-19 SEND provision. You will design and drive an ambitious, personalised curriculum that supports young people’s independence, communication, and preparation for adulthood. With strong experience in SEND education, you will lead staff development, quality assurance, and school improvement to ensure outstanding outcomes for all learners. Applicants must have a relevant degree, e.g. BA Education and Training and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience, a teaching Qualification with QTS or QTLS, and a management qualification or practical managerial experience. Applicants must also have previous successful leadership in SEND or specialist provision, experience of curriculum design and quality assurance, and experience working with young people aged 14-19 with complex needs, SEMH, ASD, PMLD, or mixed SEND profiles among further essential criteria which can be accessed within the job specification.
