Online Safety
With new and emerging technologies allowing for the greater use of the Internet, it is vital that we strive to make the Internet a safer place for young people, whilst also equipping them and their families with the knowledge they need to navigate the digital world and keep safe online.
The National Online Safety website has a variety of tools and information which you may find beneficial, including information on popular social media sites and networks such as Snapchat and TikTok.
For advice and information about how to protect your child when they use the Internet and social media, the Child Exploitation and Online Protection website also has a number of resources for young people, and an area for parents and carers where you can find advice on reporting a concern.
