Fish Friday

Fish Friday

by | Jun 26, 2023 | News

Our learners enjoyed some blended subjects on the 16th of June, as we mixed things up with cooking and history.

Learning about their hometown, our learners have discovered the history of Grimsby Docks and the types of fish that are brought in there. Mixing the cooking lesson with these historical facts, our teacher, (Captain) Carl, introduced learners to a variety of flavours and smells, using the local produce of Young’s. Learners also enjoyed some live music from (Portside) Pete, as the crew all joined in with the shenanigans.
